Located in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the region currently lacks adequate infrastructure to optimally accommodate the many visitors and business clients conducting economic, humanitarian, and/or tourism activities who have chosen to stay there. Indeed, as of today, Bukavu has few hotels rated above 3 stars.

As a result, these establishments do not meet the expectations of a clientele accustomed to international standards, limiting the region’s hospitality potential that the presence of such facilities could enhance. Determined to take on this challenge, Hotel New Riviera has embarked on a demanding yet essential journey to (re)build a high-end hotel. Now, Hotel New Riviera seeks to establish itself as a premier destination in the heart of Bukavu.
